Vivo is preparing to introduce its next compact flagship in the Indian market with the X200 FE expected to launch in the second week of July, industry sources have indicated. Reports suggest the launch window is likely between July 13 and 19.
Instead of the previously rumored X200 Pro Mini, Vivo appears to have finalized the X200 FE for the Indian audience. The device is expected to feature Zeiss Optics, highlighting Vivo's continued focus on camera innovation.
According to leaked information, the X200 FE may include a 6.31-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Performance may be driven by either the Dimensity 9300+ or Dimensity 9400e chipsets, aligning with recent premium offerings. Despite its compact form factor, the device could house a 6,500mAh battery, supported by 90W wired fast charging.
The camera setup is expected to consist of a 50MP primary lens, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, the device may offer a 50MP selfie shooter.
The phone is also expected to carry IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance certifications, matching the durability standards of the rest of the X200 lineup.
Alongside the X200 FE, Vivo is also likely to unveil its X Fold 5 foldable device in select global markets, including China and Taiwan, ahead of the India reveal. These events are set to provide insights into Vivo's pricing and feature strategies across different regions.
The X200 FE is likely to be priced around Rs 50,000 in India, positioning it against rivals like the OnePlus 13s. The competition in this segment remains tight, with buyers anticipating feature-rich options.
